Since finishing my DPhil, I have worked in venture capital, business development, and early-stage company building. I'm currently at Moonfire, a data-driven venture fund.

Data science
During my DPhil, I generated substantial data through high-throughput experiments. I specialise in R and am proficient in Python. I've also taught statistical analysis to incoming DPhil students at Oxford.
Wet lab research
I spent seven years doing wet lab research, gaining broad experience across bacterial culturing, experimental design, high-throughput assays, and molecular biology. I love the practical, problem-solving side of lab science.
Outreach
The next generation of scientists genuinely inspires me. I've mentored students at the beginning of their scientific careers and worked with access initiatives that help widen participation in science and higher education.
